To that end, if you are genuinely not happy with us we will refund you in good faith, if your order is within the two month period. That is longer that what we are required to do through distance selling regulations, so we feel we are going the extra mile to provide a proper service to our customers. Yes, that's fair enough, although to let you know that we can price match most other official Vimax suppliers. Also, don't be fooled by fakes, they are all over the internet and can usually be purchased through auction websites. They are dangerous and do not contain the correct ingredients. If you just want to cancel though, yes we can do that. Just let us know before we send it!
That's fine, although we cannot refund you now until you send the complete package back to us including the free gifts. We always recommend that you return the package to us on a tracked postal service so we both know when we have got it back. We will then initiate a full refund for you.
Well, we're as surprised and dissapointed as what you are. We do know that everybody is different and sometimes, because of body composition, size or other medical factors the blend may not be as effective. It doesn't matter though, because you're not happy, so let us know and we will refund in full.
